The
Character
Career Coach

Our
Core areas
of focus

Facilitation

Our approach to facilitation is all about partnership. We stay closely connected with our clients, their mission, and desired outcomes. Effectiveness comes from building relationships that allow for feedback, clarity and connecting the dots that allow mental self-examination.

  • Implicit Bias
  • Cultural Competency
  • Anti-Racism
  • Strategic Planning Session

Coaching

We offer leadership coaching for leaders at all levels of an organization.  Our coaches create an environment flexible enough to fit differences in client styles with enough structure to enable tracking of progress on client-driven goals.  We strive for authentic connections with clients, inviting productive conversations that are both caring and bold. We distinguish between coaching groups of people with similar goals and challenges and coaching intact teams of people who work together. With groups, we are looking to help individuals build their personal capacity, often around common goals such as how to give good feedback. With intact teams, we’re working on building team capacity for better functioning as a team.

Learning

Our instructors understand that for adults to learn, they need maximum engagement.  We are a team of instructors and facilitators with years of experience who are willing and able to have those difficult conversations that often keep our professional and personal progress at a standstill.

  • Difficult Conversations
  • Quicksand Examination (Self Sabotage)
  • Personal Goal Setting and Accountability

Character is built during self discovery and confrontation with our own weakness.

The road to becoming your “Authentic Self” starts with facing your greatest fear… Sometimes that means facing your own Self-Image.
